(2) KPIs du suivi - summary of “requests”, such as form to fill out.
(2.a) Total Request: Total of requests / forms to complete (requests done and have to be done).
(2.b) Pending requests: The quantity of new requests to fill in, it include those you have not open the form yet.
(2.c) Requests in progress: The quantity of requests you are currently filling out, it includes those you have save as drafts.
(2.d) Submitted requests: The quantity of request you have submitted → Once this status has been reached, you can no longer modify the data supplied. If necessary, contact Crystalchain to find a solution if you face any problem.
(2.e) Refused requests: The quantity of requests CrystalChain has refused, we will add the reason of the reject in the comments section. → If we reject your data, you will be able to modify the product details again.
(2.f) Validated requests: The quantity of requests validated.
The dashboard table displays all requests/forms for which the supplier is expected to take action. If the table is empty, the supplier has nothing to do.
